1. SUBMIT YOUR PROPERTY FOR SALE
When we receive information on property that you submitted, we start our evaluation process.
2. RECEIVE AN OFFER
Once we did our due diligence, we will send you our proposal. If you agree and accept it, then we move to step 3 and prepare Purchase Agreement.
3. SIGN PURCHASE AGREEMENT
When Agreement is signed by both parties, title is reviewed and if no issues found we make arrangements to close the transaction/escrow.
4. GET PAID
We prepare the Deed for you to sign and notarize. Payment is disbursed to you via Escrow/Title intermediary or Mobile Notary service.
